What is Planning2Mail?
Planning2Mail is an online eMarketing platform. Put simply, it allows you to create email templates and send newsletters and updates to hundreds or thousands of recipients with one click.

The system is designed to replace traditional paper based mailshots, which involve costly printing fees and high postage rates.

Planning2Mail has other benefits too - see how many people have read your campaign and who opted out of your list.

How does Planning2Mail work?
Planning2Mail is web-based - simply log in with a username and password to access your information.

With Planning2Mail, you can create simple, themed templates in a matter of minutes.

Simply select from one of 3 main styles:

- Newsletter
- 2 Columns
- Products

Once you have selected from these distinctive templates, you can start adding your logos, positioning graphics and selecting colours.

Setting Colours:
You can set all the individual colours of your template, from the background colour to the text and hyperlink colours. The possibilities are endless, and the colour picker makes selecting your colours easy!

Simply fill in the required fields and Planning2Mail will create an email template for you.

Your new template will now be available to select from the Campaigns screen, and you can create as many as you need.

Creating campaigns is fast and easy with Planning2Mail

Once you have selected your template, all you need to do is fill in the blanks (Email title, images and body text) and your campaign is finished.

Once you have entered the above information, click the Submit button. You will then be taken to the Check Campaign page, where you can preview, edit or choose which (if not all) lists to send it to.

If you wish to send your campaign later, simply return to the main menu. The campaign can then be found in the Unsent Campaigns menu, where you can edit and preview the campaign. Once you have sent a campaign, it will appear in the Sent Campaigns menu.

You can re-send campaigns too if you wish, saving you the hassle of re-creating a similar campaign.

Because ease of use is our primary objective, anyone can set up and send professional looking html email campaigns in minutes!

Our mailing list editor allows you to:

- Add recipients to the lists
- Edit existing recipients
- Create lists (B2B, Press etc)
- Delete/Opt Out Users
- View recipients by list
- Search for recipients

Planning2Mail allows you to order your lists into groups, allowing for truly targetted sends. Deal with Press, Customer and B2B contacts separately, using different templates if necessary, to tailor your communications in a simple and cost effective manner.

The system will automatically take care of opt-out addresses by placing them in the Opt-Outs group (these cannot be re-activated, but they can be removed).

Using Planning2Mail, you can keep your data clean and tidy.

Statistics

Planning2Mail gives you real-time feedback on your email campaigns

By using a non-invasive technology, Planning2Mail tracks its sent mail and provides you with information on the following:

- Time and date campaign sent
- Number of emails opened by unique individuals
- Number of email opened in total (includes emails opened more than once)
- Number of opt-outs from each individual campaign, plus details of who opted out and when
- Details of who opened your campaign, where available

With this information you can ascertain the success of each individual campaign. The results are presented in a simple graph for immidiate analysis and all campaign data is saved within the system for future reference.
